Let's suppose you own a library with a lot of public computers. Public means that anyone can have access to it. Therefore, if you have some important information stored in that computer, it's vital to protect it and hide it from curious eyes. So, a good idea would be encrypting it with password. It's a software that can easily encrypt any file and folder with a secure password, almost impossible to break.
The software is very easy to install and completes the installation process in a very short time. It can run on almost any version of Microsoft Windows, from XP to Windows 7. It takes up little hard disk space, so it's ideal for running on older systems, with limited hard disk space.
The program adds two options in the context menu for encrypting and decrypting files. But that's not all. There is also a shredding option available, for completely deleting a file and folder beyond recovery. The encryption and decryption process can be initialized also by using the interface of Kryptel. Speaking bout the interface, it's intuitive and has all the options correctly placed, easy to reach by most users.
All the user needs to do in order to encrypt a file or a folder is to select it and push the Encrypt button found on the graphical toolbar. He can also use the classical menu or a key combination for completing this action. The number of options included in Kryptel is quite large. The user has the possibility to customize the encryption process, choose a cipher and configure the compressor.
When the user encrypts a file or a folder, he actually creates an encrypted archive of it, that can only be extracted using the right password.

It contains various encrypting methods to choose from. Besides that, it adds an option in the context menu for encrypting files and folder, thus being very easy to use by beginners. Furthermore, it includes a shredding option, for completely deleting a file or a folder, making it impossible to recover.
Cons
The program does not offer the possibility for creating self-extracting executable, so decrypting can only be done if the software is installed in the system. Besides that, the large number of options may confuse a first-time user. Kryptel is a solid software that can securely encrypt any file and folder, making it impossible to access without a correct password.
